I tried them as you posted them then I made them again this time without the cheese and added cinnamin and rolled them in sugar. They are yummy either way. I see the blintzes (sorry I am sure I spelled that wrong) and I would love to try those. I haven't posted for a while, but I love following your blog. I made that blueberry pie for friends and it was a big hit. Glad I found you you do lots of fun foods.
