I made a big dinner tonight for My Kitchen My World. Morocco was chosen by Judy at Judy's Gross Easts as our country of the week. Thanks for a fun choice, Judy! I'm short on time so just a quick write up, I loved all of the Moroccan dishes I tried tonight. Here was the menu for the evening...
Whole Wheat Moroccan Ksra Bread -- from The Complete Book of Bread and Bread Machines by Christine Ingram and Jennie Shapter (amazing book!)
Moroccan Salad of Raw Grated Carrots with Citrus Cinnamon Dressing -- from Mediterranean Fresh by Joyce Goldstein
Moroccan Spiced Roasted Veggies adapted from allrecipes
Moroccan Spice-Crusted Tempeh adapted from fooddownunder.com
Moroccan Couscous Stuffed Peppers adapted from fooddownunder.com
(How many times can I type Moroccan in this post?) :)
If you would like to try any of these just let me know and I can post links and recipes for you, just not tonight, I'm way too tired, and heading to bed!
Oh, one more thing, sorry about the super silly pumpkin tablecloth, we were painting pumpkins for Halloween before dinner and left out the 'make a mess' tablecloth when it was time to eat.

Andrea, all of the dishes are looking very good, how many hours did you spend in the kitchen?
Amazing, especially that tempeh. I love tempeh, as this is a staple food my I was growing up. If I was invited to your house for Moroccan dinner, I would probably greedily ask for a 3rd helping (then you probably won't invite me again, won't you)?
Everything looks delicious. One good thing about Moroccan food -- the spices penetrate even the most stubborn head cold!
Oh that looks fantastic-utterly exotic and fantastic. You can never type Moroccan too much for me.
Great meal! I especially love the stuffed yellow pepper. Yum.
I love all the bright colors--it all looks delicious!
Are you kidding -- the pumpkin tablecloths just sets the perfect scene! You were busy -- these dishes all look fabulous! The bread and the stuffed peppers look particularly yummy. What a fun dinner!
Yo. Can I get the recipe for the carrot salad? Really, just want the recipe for the vinaigrette. I'm trying not to dive through the computer right now and eat your entire Moroccan dinner.
